Opportunity to join a high growth Toronto-based AI company making a name for itself within the B2B Enterprise SaaS and Legal Tech sectors.  

NLPatent is an industry leading AI-based patent research and intelligence platform trusted by Fortune 500 companies, Am Law 100 firms, and research universities around the world. The platform is built from a system of proprietary Large Language Models purpose-built to truly understand the language of patents and innovation. Users simply describe an invention in full sentences, input a patent number, or upload a list of patent documents and conceptually relevant results are generated instantly; consistently outperforming human experts on speed and accuracy.

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Account Executive. This individual should have demonstrated full cycle sales experience opening up value based commercial discussions with C-Suite executives and guiding those opportunities through to close.

Responsibilities

  • Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline from qualification to close
  • Run engaging product demonstrations
  • Generate qualified top of funnel through cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach
  • Meet and exceed all KPIs (Closed Won Revenue, Demos Booked etc.)
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene
  • Clearly communicate the value of NLPatent to all prospects aligning product function with customer business objectives
  • Effectively negotiate commercial agreements with prospective customers

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of full cycle SaaS sales experience
  • University Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Based in Toronto or GTA
  • Experience within Patent Tech or Legal Tech is a bonus, but not essential
